Well starting off with the good, they paid to have the inspector out again after they said the water was on and it was not. They assured me they had personally made sure the water was on, but that was a lie. The inspector and the appraiser had no water. They could not write the offer on the short sale, so I had the listing agent do it. They were to lazy to take the deposit check out of my hand. They are old school hard sell agents. Even in the end they were a no show to give me the keys. It was a 3 month process and they just were not helpful.
